Dr. Appina Palli Bhaskaracharya has been well-known to the people of Madanapalle for over four decades. He has earned a good reputation through his tireless service to the people through the ABC voluntary service organization, with his own funds, and many service programs.
They have been volunteering for the welfare, health and skill development of goldsmiths since 1994 and continue to do so. Dr. Appinapalli Bhaskarachari is serving as the Honorary President of the Navayuga Goldsmiths Association in Madanapalle town. Apart from this, he is also the President of the Goldsmiths’ Association at the state level, the Secretary of the Goldsmiths’ Association at the national level, and the National Vice President of the Vishwakarma Mahasabha.
As part of this, the goldsmiths have worked hard to inform the national and state leaders of the association about the problems they are facing in running their profession, and have brought them to the attention of the government, who have worked hard to protect their health and provide government welfare schemes. Beyond politics, it has become his natural inclination to provide his own contribution to every social event in the society.
On the other hand, from 2014 to today, he has been working tirelessly through the Lions Club in the Beauty Prevention Maha Yajna, organizing many free eye treatment camps and thereby helping the rural and urban poor families. He was his equal in bringing light to the eyes of the urban poor families. In the history of the Madanapalle Lions Club, he has earned a special recognition in history as a community servant who served as the Lions Club President for two terms and brought light to the eyes of hundreds of people.
On the other hand, he has been widely admired as a donor who has provided financial assistance to those who have come to his attention and who are suffering from eye problems due to financial difficulties, by conducting free eye examinations with his own funds, performing surgeries for those in need, and providing financial assistance. They have taken the lead in supporting the golden families who died in poverty and ensuring that their last rites are performed without financial difficulties.
The Lions Club has not only provided free eyeglasses to many people at the Madanapalle Eye Hospital, but also has the honor of providing free meals and snacks to the patients and their helpers who came to the hospital for medical services. With the good intention of saving the green wealth that is being depleted day by day, and with the aim of providing greenery to future generations, he was the only person in Madanapalle to plant seed balls on a large scale during the rainy season, along with the students of Lions Club and educational institutions.
In order to support dairy farmers and dairy cattle, which are the main source of income for the rural people, free veterinary camps were organized on a large scale in rural areas under the auspices of Lions Club, and free medicines were provided to the dairy farmers. Every year, on his birthday, he continues to organize a large-scale food distribution program for the poor in Madanapalle town.
He also organizes schooling for poor students without parents at the Chaitanya Charitable Organization and the Kuraparthi Sai Chaitanya Sravanthi Educational Trust in Bassini Konda. We are doing humanitarian work by providing them with the necessary educational materials, celebrating their birthdays with them, and providing them with necessary items. We have also been helping Velugu Special School and Velugu Old Age Home and have shown their affection by providing our own assistance.
Especially during the Corona crisis, in addition to voluntarily undertaking a large-scale, long-term food distribution program, they also supported poor families in slum areas by providing essential commodities, rice, and vegetables with their own funds. Appinapalli Bhaskarachari was awarded the Doctorate in recognition of his selfless service to the community.
On the other hand, he has been a leader who has continuously provided service programs for the welfare of goldsmiths and for their development. He has made a strong effort to raise the health problems of goldsmiths due to the use of cadmium in the manufacture of gold ornaments at the national level and bring them to the attention of the government to take action.
He entered the new film industry and in his first attempt, he established the ABC Production banner, became a member of the Producers’ Council, identified talented actors and actresses in Madanapalle, and produced the film Vidhatha through ABC Productions, directed by Manikanta Rajendra Babu and written by Appalapatla Suresh. He showcased his talent as the lead actor in the film Vidhatha. He became the first producer from Madanapalle to make history by releasing his own film in theaters across the state.
